Hey, it's Marina travel experta. Today we're going to be talking about a delicious vegan taqueria in San Cristobal de las Casas in Mexico. Are you guys ready for an adventure? Let's begin. This little restaurant is located about two, or three blocks in the heart of centro historico, San Cristobal de las Casas.

From our apartment, from our house, actually, we're staying in the little house, and it is called Veganos Latakeria, literally meaning vegan taco place. So, of course, we have to check it out. It is super durable, and really colorful. They have a really big menu. They have burritos and challadas.

They have all these different style meats that are vegan. Chorizo pastor. I mean, the menu is quite expensive. It's a cute little place right in the center of San Cristobal de las Casas. So it's kind of interesting, though, because the girls that are working there are indigenous, so even though they are working in a vegan restaurant, they don't fully grasp the concept of everything that's vegan.

I wanted to get a coffee there, and I asked for almond milk or soy milk, and all they kept on her saying is, there's no milk, there's no milk. Even though they didn't understand the concept of almond is actually a veggie equivalent of milk, which was kind of cute, but they were really sweet. The food is good. It's humongous portions, very well priced, about anywhere. Four dollars to six dollars for the main meal in total.

And it's delicious. Huge meals. You could take it home if you have too much left over. They have a lot of different drinks for you to choose from as well. If you are into tacos and you're vegetarian, without a doubt, this is your best option for sure.

Tasty, clean, and overall, just a fun and sweet experience. If you guys have been there, I'd love to hear your feedback. If you enjoyed this episode, please leave me a review, share it with your friends, and remember to make every day an adventure.
